Housing advice services
At Dunlop Haywards we understand that providing services to public authorities brings particular responsibilities. We are careful to ensure that our clients’ values are properly reflected in our approach to service delivery.
It is this knowledge and understanding that led to us being awarded one of the first ever, Local Authority contracts for the provision of statutory homelessness and related services. We provide Westminster City Council’s ‘Housing Options’ service, let initially for a term of 12 months, with an option to extend for a furthur five years subject to satsifactory performance.
A comprehensive service is provided from a central one-stop location. Through the establishment of a call centre and investment in new technology, we have been able to deliver an enhanced quality of service and improved performance in this highly sensitive service at no additional cost to the authority.
